POSTAL PAYMENTS

 

Most of our clients prefer to book by either email or phone, we then identify their date as provisionally booked on our websites and post their payment to our home address. This gives them the peace of mind of seeing their dates as provisionally booked on the internet even prior to posting their deposit.

 

Immediately on receiving their deposit we change it from provisionally booked to a confirmed booking, this now allows our client to visit our website on the day they expect us to receive their payment thereby giving them peace of mind that their payment has arrived. In addition we will also confirm the booking by post within 7 days

 

FREE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

 

In order to allow us to take late booking or for clients to pay by credit card/bank card, we have a PayPal account. In addition to the above we provide you with a reference number, simply by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button it will take you directly into our PayPal account, at the very top it states 'caravanhireonline', you then just enter the reference number in the description box and the price in the unit price box and follow PayPal’s simple instructions

 

You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this FREE SERVICE but if you do in the bottom right hand corner your email address will have been automatically entered by PAYPAL, once you have entered your PayPal account password you will not have to enter your credit card details.

 

This also provides both of us with instant email confirmation of your payment and you will be fully protected at all times by PayPal’s secure online network. we will also confirm payment within 24 hours by email confirm PayPal’s ID number and within 7 days postal confirmation.
